Food For Families - "F4F"

Our Food for Families (F4F) donations are dependent on Knights of Columbus and private cash donations. The cash donations are then used to purchase groceries at “Buy One Get One” sales combined with manufacturer and store coupons at Publix, CVS, Winn Dixie, and Walmart supermarkets. We donated a total of $131,600 and 39,800 pounds of food in the past 14 years. This is accomplished by averaging over 50 shopping trips a month.

We more than triple our money when a good coupon/sale

opportunity arises. We spend countless hours weekly researching, coupon cutting, reporting, shopping, and delivering. We also receive help from Westminster Woods seniors who save coupons for us. 

The grocery purchase is donated weekly to Christ’s Cupboard Food Bank in St Johns County, FL.
